What to expect
Held at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara. Surrounded by the Costa Rican jungle and gorgeous beaches. Bodhi Tree has a full spa, restaurant and bar, juice/smoothie bar, Cycle studio, Pilates studio, full Gym, multiple Yoga studios, Pool, and Beach cafe/bar.
Yoga twice daily - I hold a class before breakfast in the mornings and a second class before dinner in the evening -
Vinyasa flow, meditation, yin, strength, flexibility, mindfulness, inversions, pranayama, workshops and more -
All levels welcome. Length and style of classes will vary.
The afternoons are yours, free to lounge poolside, go to the beach, surf, hike to waterfalls, zip-line, explore the town/shops/restaurants of Nosara, check out the exotic wildlife in Costa Rica’s bio diverse rainforest and endless excursions.
All Meals are included - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served buffet style and shared together as a group.
