What to expect
Held at SoulShine Yoga retreat center in the heart of Bali surrounded by rice terraces and the most beautiful jungle backdrop. The retreat center is a 5 star barefoot luxury resort. Yoga, music, and connection come first. With 4 infinity pools, full service spa, pool club, cabanas, 4 yoga shalas, farm to table restaurant, lounge / bar, and more.
Morning meditation, Yoga twice daily, Vinyasa flow, yin, strength, flexibility, mindfulness, inversion workshops and the countless excursions Bali has to offer.
Connection - The biggest gift on the retreat is watching you open up, share, heal, laugh and grow with a whole new family made in 1 week that will last a lifetime.
Meals -Daily Buffet Breakfast is included - Lunch and Dinner will be your choice as Bali has some of the most delicious food and incredible restaurants at extremely reasonable prices. I encourage you to go off property and discover as much as you can. Additionally Soulshine offers a full restaurant, a poolside cafe and bar, and room service for your connivence.
Accommodations - Every room at SoulShine has air conditioning, great wifi, 24 hour security, daily cleaning, most all have mini bars, speakers and some come with Vinyl record players and deep soaking tubs.
All rooms have A/C, WIFI, room service, mini bar, and can be arranged with 1 King bed or 2 Twin beds.
